Just Give Up

It's not my best piece by far... but there is something very cathartic about putting my feelings and self-image issues into a sketch. 

Please don't take this wrong. I am not advocating the title of the piece. But there are times and situations where it just feels like there is no hope. Despair takes over and there is nothing I can do; not art, or physical work, and every form of communication just seems inane and pointless. 

So, I suppose I can dedicate this piece to that girl on the other side of the mirror. The one that hates every inch of who I am and what I do. You've been a crippling pain and companion ever since I can remember. 

It's high time you moved out.
