True-Elite Reference: The Hunted?

[If you saw Livy for Angels Ascended, this is exactly the same description. He has learned nothing from dying once. At all.]

Age: 914 (Looks late 20's-early 30's)
Gender: Male
Species: Vampire
Hair Color: Charcoal
Eye Color: Red
Skin: Pale Greyish
Height: 5'10”
Weight/Body Type: Wiry, Lean.
Scars/Tattoos/Marks: Many of his veins, especially around his neck and temples, appear black under his skin.
Personality: Livy has no regard for most social or moral norms. For him, beauty is the greatest morality. He is both a diablerist, and a connoisseur of blood. He doesn't care for other creatures... for the most part.

Powers: Livy can appear to be someone else for short periods of time. 
Strengths: Livy, as a member of the undead, does not die by normal means. Even if he is disabled, he does not stay down permanently. He's advanced enough in rankings that he can stand in the sun without being burnt immediately. He has speed and strength beyond mortal humans. Granted, he couldn't outrun a car, or stop an oncoming train. Think more, outrun a horse and maybe stop a charging bear without difficulty. 
Weaknesses Livy has five fatal weaknesses; 1. A crucifix held by the faithful 2. Extended exposure to the sun. 3. Holy beings/Holy Magic. 4. Holy Water. 5. Fire. As for other failings: the voices of the vampires he's taken to increase his power are constantly fighting for his place as the main faction of his brain, so he can be easily distracted if he's in trouble. (To augment that, he doesn't do diplomacy well, so he has no way to fight the voices other than to just push them out as often as possible.) Please note: If he is dismembered, he will still move, however his primary objective will change to reattaching parts. This will slow him down significantly.
History: A doctor in the 1100's, the man watched as entire villages fell to the Black plague and pneumonia. He learned to turn off his emotions in order to protect himself. This was only exacerbated when he was turned into a vampire. Instant loathing caused him to attack his master and devour his soul, which would lead to his diablerist tendencies. 
Other: Livy was a doctor during the Dark Ages/Plague Era. His medical repertoire includes leeches and skull drills... and he's never wanted to change them out for more modern tools, simply because he likes to see people bleed. (His fashion sense, however, has changed with the times.) 
Fighting Style: While he prefers torturing his victims over out-and-out fighting, he is an able hunter. When he does attack, he hits hard and fast, but not without one of his instruments (normally the bone saw or the large surgical knife) in hand. If he is attacked, he can and will use his medical bag (a hard leather with iron buckles) as a bludgeon. It's a hack and slash style that is intended to create a rather large mess of blood.
